I look at our newly paved streets and I see torn up patches all over town. They look like the Beaches of Normandy at the close of WWII. The City is replacing, renewing, and repairing for the future and growth. The patches will be replaced with asphalt, but it will take time. Growth is neither cheap nor easy, but it is much better than remaining stagnant and dying. Our work force is growing as well!
